By registering and using the InfraForecast™ platform, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the service.

1. Who We Are

InfraForecast™ is a digital tool developed and operated by IEC Applications and Services. The Platform offers macroeconomic and infrastructure-related insights through a proprietary forecasting system.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

  • “Platform” refers to InfraForecast™, including all its digital components, features, outputs, models, and interfaces.

  • “IEC” refers to IEC Applications and Services, the legal entity operating the Platform.

  • “User” or “You” means any individual or entity who registers for or accesses the Platform, whether directly or through an authorized account.

  • “Terms” refers to the present Terms of Service as may be amended from time to time.

3. Access and Registration

Access to the Platform is limited to registered Users invited or approved by IEC. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information,

  • keep your credentials confidential and secure,

  • use the Platform exclusively for its intended, lawful purposes.

User accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any unauthorized use, including the sharing of login details, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

4. Beta Disclaimer

The Platform is currently provided in public beta mode. Users acknowledge that its outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete data. Forecasts are experimental and offered “as is” without any guarantee of accuracy, suitability, or reliability.

IEC disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk and are encouraged to report any technical issues support@infraforecast.com**.**

5. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute or disclose any part of the Platform or its data without prior authorization,

  • attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the system,

  • share any output or forecast data with third parties,

  • use the Platform in violation of any applicable law.

You are strictly prohibited from automatically downloading data from the Platform using bots, scripts, or any automated system. Furthermore, no part of the data or forecasts may be used for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Any use of the Platform or its content that violates this provision may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, data, designs, and materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of IEC Applications and Services or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for internal purposes only. No license is granted beyond this access right.

Any fair use of the Platform's data, including reproduction, citation, or derivative analysis, must include an active hyperlink to www.infraforecast.com.

Use of the data by news agencies, media outlets, research centers, or analytical institutions is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted by IEC Applications and Services.

7. Confidentiality

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Platform content, structure, and results are confidential. You agree not to disclose or use any element of the Platform or its data outside your authorized use.

This obligation survives the termination or expiration of your access.

8. Privacy and Data Use

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store and process personal data.

IEC complies with Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or erasure by contacting: support@infraforecast.com

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain continuous access to the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

IEC Applications and Services may modify or discontinue the Platform at any time without prior notice.

In addition, IEC reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the content of the data, the underlying algorithms, the calculation methodologies, the scientific basis, or the structure and format in which the information is presented.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IEC Applications and Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of or reliance on the Platform or its content. We disclaim any liability for interruptions, inaccuracies, or system failures.

Users are solely responsible for the interpretation and use of the data provided.

The data presented on the Platform is collected from third-party sources and publicly available repositories. IEC does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such data and does not guarantee its quality. By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that IEC shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of such data, including but not limited to financial losses, commercial impacts, or reputational damage.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, particularly in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms,

  • unauthorized use or misuse,

  • security or legal concerns.

You may request account deletion at any time by writing to support@infraforecast.com. Termination does not affect prior obligations, especially regarding confidentiality and intellectual property.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.

13. Amendments to The Terms

IEC Applications and Services may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
